Capehart Scatchard's Commercial Practice Grows
Mt. Laurel, NJ - Jeffrey Alan Grabowski recently joined the Commercial Department as an Associate resident in the Mt. Laurel office.
"We're delighted that Jeff is joining our commercial practice. He is a seasoned practitioner and a demonstrated leader. We look forward to introducing him to our commercial clients, as he has unique experience in creditors' rights law," commented Peter S. Bejsiuk, Chairperson of Capehart's Commercial Department.
Grabowski, a Voorhees resident, concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, real estate disputes, mortgage foreclosure, title claims and landlord-tenant matters as well as commercial collections, and bankruptcy and workout matters. Among Grabowski's professional activities, he is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Prior to joining the Firm, Grabowski was the managing attorney of the New Jersey office for the national creditors' rights law firm of Shapiro and Kreisman.
Grabowski received his law degree from Notre Dame Law School and his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California - Berkeley.
Additionally, he is a youth soccer coach with the Voorhees Soccer Association and a youth baseball coach with the Gibbsboro-Voorhees Athletic Association.
